Our Policy
All sales made through Wraith are final. Because account credentials are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation, we are unable to offer monetary refunds once delivery has taken place. This is standard practice for digital goods.
48-Hour Replacement Guarantee
In place of refunds, Wraith offers a 48-hour replacement guarantee on all purchases. If the account you received is found to be non-functional, inaccessible, or materially different from its listed description, we will replace it at no additional charge — no questions asked.
The 48-hour window begins at the time of delivery, as recorded by our system.
Conditions for Replacement
A replacement will be issued under the following conditions:
- The account is completely inaccessible using the credentials provided.
- The account has been banned or restricted due to activity that predates your purchase.
- The account's listed features (rank, skins, hours, etc.) are materially inaccurate.
- The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacements will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The account was compromised, banned, or restricted as a result of actions taken by you after delivery.
- You changed or forgot the credentials after delivery and lost access.
- The 48-hour window has expired.
- The account was used and you simply changed your mind.
How to Claim a Replacement
To submit a replacement request, contact us within the 48-hour window through one of the following channels:
- Our Discord server — open a support ticket and provide your order reference and a description of the issue.
Please include your order reference number and a clear description of the problem. Our support team will verify the claim and issue a replacement as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours.
